2015 "Deluxe" 5pc version: activation outside home network

Preface:
Looking to purchase Norton Security 2015 "Deluxe" 5pc version
Mom and Dad in one household; child away in college
Child cannot activate Norton on home network

Question: does Norton Security 2015 "Deluxe" 5pc version EULA (license) allow for activation in different physical locations (i.e., not over same home network) as long as the same Norton login account is used?

Note that the Norton Security 2015 user license is NOT yet posted to http://www.symantec.com/about/profile/policies/eulas/#norton-security-and-norton

Re: 2015 "Deluxe" 5pc version: activation outside home network

Hello KesterD

Welcome to the Norton Community Forum

Yes, it's ok to have other family use the same license as long as the person can access your account and can even have her own Identity Safe if that feature is used. If you log into manage.norton.com, you can send an email to her inviting her to download a preactivated copy of the program once you have activated it. Note that the activation countdown starts with the first installation. Thanks.

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus 22.18.0.213 Core Firmware 282 I E 11 Chrome latest version.

floplot:  [..] as long as the person can access your account [..]

Not a requirement nor recommended ... Norton account holder should maintain control over their account.

added user(s) may create their own Norton account for their ID Safe
