22.214.171.124 crashed (closed out) while using Windows 7, Local vault was open. After NS restarted (no Windows 7 reboot required) one of my entries in the vault had the password deleted.

Did you perform any particular task when the Norton product crashed? Are you able to reproduce this?
Just checking my Email (Outlook 2010 In Box). No Email was open at the time.
What browser and version were you using at the time?
I switch back and forth between Firefox ver 51 and IE11. However while MS Office Outlook 2010 was open I can't recall if either browser was open. However if one of the 2 was open the odds are it was IE11.
