6 weeks still no data purge--no responces
I sent in the data purge on 10/10/2013. I have also sent letters to BUSUPPORT. No one has ever had the courtesy to respond to me! The problem started when Norton 360 updated to 18.104.22.168.
Now I found they closed the order. (If I managed the issued they would all be fired)
I have been a customer since Norton Works Premium.
Norton needs to help there customers, not ignore them.
Is there anyway I can go online and purge it myself?
