Today at 6PM i payed for Norton Security with back up. At 10:30 pm i got a notice from my bank that Norton had been payed. The down load is sill not showing up in my Norton on line account so i can down load it to my PC. I have been running Norton Products since 2009 and this is the first time that i have had trouble with paying for a product and not getting it in a minute or two. I am now running 360 but just thought that i would chance since 360 has been out for a long time.

I'm sorry to hear of the problem you are having. The best way to resolve this is to contact Customer Support via Live Chat at  this link.

They are very good at dealing with account, subscription and activation issues.

Have you checked your spam detector to see if there is an email with the key? If you have the key, you can download the trial version and then enter your key.  You can either use the trial first and then a few days before the trial is up, then you can enter your key. It then becomes registered and activated and you will have 366 days for a regular subscription.  Or you can go the route that Phil has suggested.

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus 22.17.3.50 Core Firmware 282 I E 11 Chrome latest version.

I don't have the key just the order number. It has not been in the spam filter.

 All the more reason for contacting Customer Support via Live Chat as suggested above by Phil_D.
