AMEX web site not working with NIS using Chrome.

There used to be a place to report a web site not working with NIS desktop version but with the cloud version only available, I don't see a reporting tool.  NIS  was working fine last week with American Express main page (AMEX) using Chrome (works in Microsoft Edge) so not sure if it's the new version of NIS with safety dashboard or AMEX.  It looks like AMEX added a new text box on there main page for telephone/web chat and this perhaps is causing NIS to ask for UserID and PSW multiple times in a loop. Sometimes when you select your UserID and start typing it jumps to the PSW text box and the UserID text box is empty.  I also rebooted my computer and same issue.  

It's happening on my desktop using Windows 10 and laptop using Windows 7 - both chrome browser

I have a work around for now by using another login page within AMEX, however, not sure how long this page will be around.

Your image shows the ID Safe icons. What happens if you click on the ID Safe icon?

If it is just the AMEX site you can still report that to Norton. From your browser, click on the ID Safe icon at the right of the browser address bar. Then be sure the vault is open. Then click the icon again, then on the 3 dots at the bottom right. Then click on Feedback and submit the web site information.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

The password fill comes up but doesn't fill the text box for userid or password.  If you manually cursor in the text without hitting the safe icon you can enter text sometimes, other times it automatically moves you from userid to the password text box as soon as you enter one letter, number or symbol.

So far, its just the AMEX site.

I have also had problems logging into the AMEX homepage wen using NIS.  As previously reported, the cursor skips the ID field and lands in the Password field (and won't go back).  I've gotten around the problem by clicking on the "LOGIN" button on the upper right corner of the AMEX home page which brings up a separate Login screen which behaves normally.

Bob, are you using Chrome?   I get it with Chrome in windows 10 and 7 on two different machines.  I don't have the problem in Microsoft Edge though. I have not tried Microsoft internet explorer.

Yes, I use Chrome (Version 68.0.3440.106) and MS Windows 10 (Version 1803). I do not use MS Edge, so I don't have any feedback there.
