Anniversary Gift Card

I'm on auto-renewal and have just received my email inviting registration for my "Gift". I notice this is a common thread on the Forums where nothing happens!

I have clicked the link only for the next page to open here >>>> [Removed]. "Promotion Not Available".

This is a third party offer; at the very least Symantec should ensure it works, or else the whole issue stinks! (Loyal customer of over 20 years and I don't appreciate this gimmicks). Chat says "Please wait 33 minutes" - but that's more than £15.00 at my hourly rate

Did you check that the email is a legitimate Norton email?

Is this email from Norton legitimate?

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Everything points correctly to the Symantec Website.
