An annoying little bug with "Edit Logins"

This has been going on as long as I can remember. When I go to the Vault/Settings/Edit Logins And use the scroll bar with the cursor it scrolls down but as soon as I release the cursor it snaps back to the top of the list, doing it a second time and it stays where I stop the scroll. If I use the little scroll arrow it does not snap back, it stays where I stop. This has been going on for time immortal, can't you make it work right the first time. I always check when there is a new version, and it never is fixed. It IS rather annoying

I used to experience this same issue, but it isn't happening anymore. I'm not sure when it changed. Have you tried just using your mouse scroll wheel to navigate the list instead of the scroll bar? That works best (more accurate) for me.

It still happens, I guess I'll use the wheel
