ApplicationFrameHost.exe Can't find it in firewall settings, can't add it either, very strange.

This file is also uploading something once in a while, and I read it can record mouse and keyboard.

ApplicationFrameHost.exe is a file that is part of Windows and the Windows operating system. If you have Windows 10 or later, you most likely will see this in your tasklist running in the background. This is called the application frame host as the name suggests. This program is considered safe and is not virus, spyware or adware related software.

If you try to add a program manually in firewall settings in Norton and open folder windows/system32 and look for ApplicationFrameHost.exe you won't find it, right? all the other files seem to be there, but this one. Check the same file in explorer windows/system32

Frame Host doesn't start up anything.   Applications, start Frame Host.
You generally want (need) to ignore it.
