Automatic Renewal Price

Yesterday I received an email notifying me that my automatic subscription renews on 1/26/2019 and it shows my price is $69.99 which I can't afford!!!  Last year I paid $39.99 plus tax. I noticed on your website there are Norton deals available, Norton Security Standard is priced at $39.99, the same as last year. What do I have to do to get this price???

Thanks,

Helen

Re: Automatic Renewal Price

Go into your Norton Account at    https://my.norton.com   Click on the user icon at the top right of the page and click on My Subscriptions, and turn off the Automatic Renewal for your current subscription. Then you can purchase  the new subscription for Norton Security either directly from Norton, or you can shop around at reputable retailers for a better price.

If you follow through with this, just be sure you wait until only one or two days remaining on your current subscription before you enter the new product key from your Norton Product's Help - Enter Product Key link. Otherwise you will lose any remaining days from your old subscription.

Re: Automatic Renewal Price

Hello Helen

Please also remove credit card information from the Automatic Renewal in your my.norton.com . Just turning it off sometimes isn't enough. If there is no credit card information listed, then they can't auto renew it either.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.
