Back up is not working

What should I do since when I try to back up under Norton 360, I receive the following error message for the last day or two:

"Could not run due to maintenance being performed on your online back up account."

@jandr74 - Sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, we can see that your account is in Maintenance mode. We request you to be patient until the migration is complete. We will provide an update once your account has been migrated. Thank you.

Hi jandr74 ,

The Maintenance is completed and should be able to run  the backup with no issues.If issue still persists please run live update  to get to latest  Norton product version-

To know your Norton product version - Go to Help ->About-> Version
