When I try to backup it says backup already in progress (which there isn't). How can I clear this?
Could you let us know which product and version you are using? (Main UI > Help > About)
What is the destination selected for the backup? (Secure Online Storage, External hard drive, etc.)
Also, could you post a screenshot of the message you are getting? How to post an image in the forums.
