Backup started to fail with error W32 on multiple PCs

I have been using NOBU on two PCs and in the last few days (and at the same time) backups from both PCS started failing with what appears to be the same error: Backup failed W32.

I attached the failures in the Activity logs for each PC.

I can not find any logs or the like that may give some hints as to what is failing...

Having similar issues. NOBU worked fine for the first couple of days after I purchased a subscription, successfully backing up two laptops (both running Windows 7) in two different locations. I am in Okinawa, while my wife is in Illinois. For the last several days, however, neither computer is being backed up. Multiple error messages are reflected in the activity logs (attached). This product is advertised as a "fire and forget," user-friendly, and seemless back-up solution. Unfortunately, I am not very impressed at this point. It would be helpful if there were a resource available that provided DETAILED error code explanations coupled with workable SOLUTIONS to address and correct the associated error(s). I found a page or two with "common" error codes, but it lacked sufficient detail and certainly didn't provide any useful solutions. Thanks, in advance, for any assistance someone might be able to to provide. Jeff

Hmmm... Multiple users reporting the same problem started at the same time. Lost ability to backup for over a week time now.

No one acknowledging the problem at Symantec and/or even looking for information to help reolve it.

As for a detailed error code list that is unlikely to ever be released. We provide the most common customer facing errors via the knowledgebase articles. A majority of the error codes require support intervention or don't mean much without knowing extenuating circumstances of why the error surfaced.

Hopefully, a lesson learned and remedies in place: 12 days a problem in a cloud service goes undetected and unaddressed!

Not something that I have experienced with Norton's other products, even the acquired swapdrive/backup.com that I have used for over 5 years...

I moved on to another service for my online backups.
