Blue Screen Windows
I am from Brazil, and I sincerely apologize if there are errors in my spelling. But I had to appeal to you because my problems continue to happen and no one gives me a solution.
I used another antivirus that until then had not given me problems. But after reading stories, about use and security using Norton Antivirus, I decided to change antivirus for greater security in Office files, tablets, mobile phones and so on. Well now the problem,.... well on the eve of holidays, I decided to install Norton that I had paid and could use it without any problems, my disappointment and frustation, I received the blue screen on my Windows 10 64.
I could not recover my files, lost everything saved, works of months, even years..... well.. Until then I thought it was a mistake on some Drive or hardware of my descktop, I had to format it, reinstall all system and programs that are several, because it is a Design company for garments and sports uniforms. But until then Jmore had imagined it was because of the antivirus.. Well after everything reinstalled and working wonderfully well.... Until boom, same problem after reinstalling Norton Antivirus.
I really wish I could continue or rather say, try to use Norton. But now I'm afraid to install it and have again this problem, my descktop was formatted and reinstalled all the software for 4 times, until the fifth time did not installed Norton and today after 24 hours my system did not crash or giving the blue screen of death so Known.
