bought new NS... inputted code and DL'd it but NIS is not changing to NS

I bought and inputted the code into NIS and dl'd it but NIS is not changing and now says I have a TRIAL version? Hello Nepunya

You have to download the Norton Security program. Then you run the program and input your new key that you should have received when you bought Norton Security. It should then be showing up in your Norton Account which has been combined with the Management Portal. After you install it, then run Live update a few times until there are no more updates. Restart when asked to. After you have all the updates, reboot 1 more time. I hope you can understand this since you bought the Dutch version I presume.

If you have purchased a NIS key it will not activate NS.  They are considered different programs, so you would need a NS key to activate NS.
