Cannot add new files to backup
I have some additional files I want to add to my list of backups. I go through the steps of logging into my account, selecting the 'what' tab, select add new files and browse to where the files are located, click on them and then OK. However, it never adds them to the list of files that are being backed up every day. It's crucial I get these files backed up...which is why I pay for this product, but it won't let me add any. Any ideas?
