Cannot delete old backup from Norton Online Backup

Hello, I cannot delete an old backup from Norton Online Backup. See attached screenshot. The Desktop doesn't exist anymore. The only option I have at the "File Actions" button is "Download a File" and "E-Mail File Links". The backup is taking 34% of my entire backup space, therefore I would like to get rid of it. How can I delete this backup set?

Re: Cannot delete old backup from Norton Online Backup

Same for me except I have three computers listed two of which I no longer want/use (both the same PC), the second appeared after a reformat & reinstall of the OS several years ago.
Looking into it at the time I discovered that deleting of files/PC was only available in the paid version of NBU, yet as it's part of NSwBU for which we pay extra for then imo we are paying for this so should be able to delete files/computers from the BU website.

Re: Cannot delete old backup from Norton Online Backup

Hi @Guido, in this case I would recommend you to report it to Norton support team whom you can contact through this link http://www.norton.com/chat there you can submit purge request of backup you wish to delete and it will solve within few days as they will delete it from their end. Thanks..:)

Re: Cannot delete old backup from Norton Online Backup

Hello, I did chat with the Norton Support. Actually you can delete the old backup set orphants from any other installation of Norton Security with Backup. Just go to Backup and Data Sets, there you can delete backup files, it is a quite hidden link in the lower right corner. This works well, so I didn't have to request a purge by the Norton team.
