Cannot Install Norton Extensions for Edge

I am not able to install the Norton Edge extensions on a new machine. When I go to the Mi8crosoft store to get the extensions, the Microsoft Store says I already have them and won't let me install them. Wre can I just download these extensions and install them myself?

Re: Cannot Install Norton Extensions for Edge

Hello RabbitWolf. From this article please try these steps:

Method 1: Reset the Windows Store

  1. Press Windows + R to open the Run command.
  2. Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.
Windows Store will open and you’ll get a confirmation message saying, "The cache for the Store was cleared."

Method 2: Apps Troubleshooter

Run the Apps Troubleshooter. This is an automated tool that can find and automatically resolve most issues with the applications installed on your computer

Please let us know if this helped.

Cheers

Re: Cannot Install Norton Extensions for Edge

Hi @RabbitWolf,

Thanks for reporting in Norton Community Forums. Can you please confirm if Norton Password Manager extensions are not installed in Edge browser? Maybe Norton password Manager extensions are already installed but not enabled. Please refer below Norton Support article on how to install and enable extensions. Norton Password Manager with Microsoft Edge browser

Also, could you post an screen shot of Edge browser extensions list window and Microsoft Store message?
