Cannot Login to Norton Identity Safe - Password
I am trying to login to NIS. I have reset my password on my norton account twice, and validated that my password is correct.
The validation is occurring against my Norton Account (error message :
Sign in ?
We have found your Norton Account.
Please enter your account password :
<validated and entered>
The password you entered was incorrect
If I try more than a few times the account becomes locked. Is this a replication issue ? I have been using NIS for over a year with no issues, and my password prior to reset was correct as of 2 days ago - I did not change my password until it was my last choice - and now this doesnt work either ....
Any help here much appreciated as I am pretty reliant on this software now !!
