Cannot open Cloud Vault

My cloud vault has been working fine for quite some time - Until Today.  My computer has been off for about a week.  Fired it up and found that when I try to access my vault, it says it doesn't exist.  I'm running Windows 7 with the latest updates.  NIS Version 21.5.0.19.  Any clue what happened and how to get it back?

Hello seyman

Since your computer has been off for a week. 

Please manually run NIS Live Update till no more updates and restart.

Check if you are able to login to your Online vault via the Identity safe portal https://identitysafe.norton.com

Sign in with your Norton Account and vault password and post back results.
