Can't Back Up

I installed Norton Online Backup this morning. Registered fine, signed in, no problem. But when I try to back up my files, it says, "Backup in Progress" for a LONG time, but stays at 1% of 25GB used and says, "Awaiting agent backup." It eventually tells me Backup failed and puts a red X next to the picture of my computer. 

Im using Windows Vista, Internet Explorer. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but the Reinstaller, uninstalled and reinstalled my Antivirus - which works fine. I also tried restarting the computer. Nothing. 

Please advise.

Is anybody out there? I am still trying with no success to use my Online Backup. At this point, I'd be happy to just have my money refunded so I can look elsewhere for a service that actually works. I have not used the service successfully at all, not even once. The red X tells me Backup Failed. I'd love some advice or a refund. Thank you.
