Can't log into Identity Safe

I am unable to log into identity safe from any brower.  In some instances, it just times out.  In others it tells me my pw is invalid.  I am able to go to the Norton web site and log in there.

I've read the previous threads on this issue (I'm sure not all).  One said there was a patch issued last year sometime, but the problem still exists.  The problem appears to happen after updates to the computer.  It worked when I first installed 360.

I'm running two computers - one with Vista ultimate an the other with Windows 8.1.  Same issue on both machines.

I'm sure if I uninstall and re-install the product, it will work.  However, I don't want to have to do that after every update on two computers.  How do I resolve this issue?

Have you tried signing out of your Norton Account, then restart your system and sign back in to your Norton Account, then try your vault password?

I'm seeing this kind of problem roll through all my machines.  I finally relented and went to a web vaut on my Win XP machine.  It worked for a while then, after we had to log out and log back in, it exhibited these same symptoms.  Went on-line and Norton support removed and reinstalled N360 on the machine and that fixed it.  Then a second XP machine, on which we did not go to the web vault, started acting up the same way.  I did the remove and reinstall and it appears fixed too.  This morning our third machine running Win 7, which had no problems through all of this yesterday, came up and we cannot access the vault there either.  Because that is a primary operational computer for our business, it is not practical to the remove and reinstall during regular hours,  unless the situation gets desparate.

I don't understand, however, how without updates this could be happening.  I'm starting to think there is some kind of attack going on.

Thanks.  Tried that.  Eventually got it to work.  Appears there was another update that I didn't download.
