If I try to open identity safe on my pc it says either my password or login email is wrong. Yet, if I go to the web version I can log in using the same email/password. Please how do I fix this.
Go to your main Norton Security product page and click on your email address at the top right. Then click Sign Out. Restart your computer and then try logging back into your vault. You will first have to log into your Norton Account again with your email and password, then you enter the vault password.
