Can't renew my Norton subscription in Japan

  I live in Japan and when I try to renew my Norton subscription either through the website or the application, I get sent to a Japanese site.  I have no option to change the country location or language.

  I chatted with a Norton customer service representative and they sent me to a Rakuten (like Amazon in Japan) site that didn't work.  

  Anyone know how I can renew my U.S. Norton subscription in English?

You seem to be running into the geo locking feature of Norton subscriptions. You need to contact Norton Support again, and explain that you have the US subscription and are currently living/working in Japan and that you need a subscription key that is not geo locked.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
