I just got my patch Tuesday from Microsoft, Then when I opened Norton dashboard I was signed out and cannot sign in. It states cannot connect to server error. Is there another way to fix this Thanks David
Have you tried a few more system restarts to settle the updates?
I did but will check for updates and restart in an hour or so. This was a problem before and was posted in the past by another Norton user that had the same problem.
It could be a short term server issue as everyone is attempting or getting Windows updates. Are you using a Windows Admin Account. when trying to sign in?

Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available?
If using Win 10, did you get the 1809 update recently? That could have muddled your Norton installation. And it would probably also have turned Windows Fast Startup feature back on if you had turned it off.
Yes I checked for updates. Fast start up is off. I had win 10 1809 installed for quite a while. I dont know if it will effect norton ,its still active and I can sign in on my norton fine. Its not acting funny or anything and still working properly.
This problem has been solved just by uninstall reinstall.
