Cant sign in to Password Manager

I can't sign in to the Password Manager, it asks for the Vault password which I must have set some time ago and there is no option to reset it .... only the login password can be reset which I have done, the VAULT password remains and cant be changed, I cant remember what it is even with the hint it doesnt work....

can any one help with this

As you note, there is no way to reset your vault password. This is a security 'feature'. All you can do is reset your vault.

If you want to reset your online vault to start over, see the information here.  

Before you do this, you may want to check your Documents folder for any automatic backups of your vault that may have been created. Look in Documents for a folder called Norton Password Manager Backups. In that folder would be a folder with your email address. In that folder would be any automatic backups that would have been done. You can use these backups to restore your vault contents to a newly reset vault.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

thanks very much, I will try that... Ive been using Last Pass and thought I may aswell try Norton but I must have set it up some time ago but never used it

I too have moved to Last Pass, and just use NPM for testing and helping others.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
