Can't update billing info in Norton Account

Yesterday I deleted billing info from my Norton Acoount and today I tried to add it again, just for the same card that was previously there,  but can't do that. I have error with something like that: " You can not process the order using the specified data. Enter your payment information again, or choose another payment method". Tried to contact with Support but they can't help, only told me a phone of local support. Is there a way to add a card that was deleted without calling or no? Also I don't understand why I can't add a card if it was deleted already...

Vitalik93 Try adding another different card onto your account. Once done allow for 24 hours to pass then ADD the card back you wanted in there in the first place. I had to do this once with a site due to its behavior with a removed payment. Let us know how you made out.

Vitalik93 Norton support would be your only recourse at this point. There may be an issue with the initial card the site isn't being specific about. Only support in your country of origin will be able to assist you with that.

The only way to add this card again is buying a renew. When you buy it, there is a mark "save this card in billing info" or something like that. But I still can't modify any billing for this card even after saving it...

Vitalik93 Have you followed all the steps listed here? I just logged into "My Norton" from the Norton dashboard. Under the "Billing" tab I opened it and see a small "pencil" icon which when clicked brings up the CURRENT payment method. Try editing that payment method by inserting the card information you want to change it back to.

Yes I saw this penalized and use it trying to edit this info. Get the same error as before.

Vitalik93 I'm at a loss. Customer service SHOULD be able to tell you what the issue is on the part of Norton for not allowing that payment information to be re-entered into your account. At this point they are the only ones who can. Cheers.

I did a renew with saving this card already. Anyway I'll try to call in local support. Just interesting what a f..k it is...
