cant use my comp ( says my password are wrong)since tech from Norton had remote access
This morning I allowed a tech from Norton remote acces to my a computer to fix a issue I have with the vault. The tech then rebooted my computer and when the screen came back up well it will NOT allow me to lock back into my computer. My password I use to lock in and any other old password is not accepted.
i spend time with a NOT helpful Csr who finally moved my case to eascaltion but we are talking 48 hr wait or so. I asked if the can tell me why there tech did but all they said its not possible tha our tech did something wrong...............
I have rebooted my computer now numerous times, nothing Help
i am using a HB computer and window 10
