Can't use Norton Identity Safe with Google Chrome

I'm running Windows 8.1, Chrome Version 32.0.1700.102 m, and whatever version of identity safe comes with the current version of Norton 360.

Norton Identity Safe does not appear in the list of available extensions in Chrome.

When I search for it, it shows up as an App (not an extension) but I do not get the option to install it, just to Rate it.

When I tried dragging the chrome.crx icon out of C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton 360\Engine\21.1.0.18\Exts into the extensions window, I got the following message

Attempted to downgrade extension.

Please advise.

Reinstalled Norton 360 and Chrome. Problem fixed.
