Can't view logins

When I log in to Identity safe on Firefox and I will get a notification that sync was completed; however when I click on the button in the toolbar to see my passwords all it shows is a blue spinning circle. Identity safe will still fill out logins when logging in to websites I just want to go in and delete some of the passwords I don't use anymore from the online vault.

Firefox 52.0.2 (32-bit)

Hi Razie104,

Please try the following:

  • Go to this URL : https://identitysafe.norton.com/home
  • Log into your Norton Account
  • Log into your Vault
  • Left click on  the entry you desire to edit/delete
  • Pick you option and Save/ Close 

With the new FF extension for Norton  you need to go the page listed above to edit/delete log-ins.  Hopefully this will be changing in the future and you will be able to do this within Norton Toolbar.

Yank, unfortunately this did not work for me. I am using IE11. I was allowed to login to Norton, but when I entered my vault password, it said there is no vault for this account. I do have a vault.

@Patrick55 Do you have a local vault on the computer? Have you ever created a cloud vault in the past? Here is some info that may assist you in a sync thus correcting your problem.

Thanks, SoulAsylum  I'm supposed to call Norton back tomorrow. My issue is in the hands of the "escalation team" and I will report back on their findings.

  Be sure to read the fine print at the beginning of the above link: 

  "You can sync the Identity Safe data from your local vault to the cloud vault. When you move the data from your local vault to cloud vault, all the data in your local vault is removed permanently. "
