Capturing and launching logins with password manager android app.

Hi I am new to password manager. I am unable to capture new logins using the mobile app for android. Secondly, when launching a login from my vault in my phone, for example https://www.walgreens.com/login.jsp the user name field is auto-filled, but then when I click continue that entry disappears and I get a message saying "user name is most likely your email". However I have discovered that if before clicking continue I manually delete the last letter in my user name (ie, m in .com) and re-enter it and then click continue, I have to begin to manually enter my password and most of it then auto-fills. Then when I click Sign in, the password disappears triggering the message "Please enter your password". Round and round in circles I go. In my laptop running Edge/Windows 10 the user and password fields are auto-filled but in two separate steps separated by "continue" but at least it logs me in. Sorry I could not be more brief but this is hard to describe clearly. Many thanks!

Re: Capturing and launching logins with password manager android app.

OK an update: I now can capture logins to my vault using the password manager's built-in browser in my android phone. However, some of them do not properly auto-fill when launched from the phone. Auto-filled user and passwords appear and then vanish and login does not occur, triggering warnings to enter the info. When launched from my laptop they do work properly.  Any ideas? Many thanks!  PS: for Starbucks.com which does not use a split page login webform.

Re: Capturing and launching logins with password manager android app.

Another update. No trouble adding two logins to vault using android phone. https://www.nextmd.com/m auto-fills credentials and logs in just fine when needed. However, https://www.spectrum.net/ auto-fills the credentials initially but they vanish when I select Sign in on the page. When I navigate to the site using Chrome the login completes successfully once I grant permission to fill the credentials.

Login https://online.citi.com/US/login.do attempts to force me to upgrade my browser. Norton's browser of course is not included in the list of browsers presented. Again, if I use Chrome for this login and grant permission to fill the credentials the login completes successfully.  Anyone...anyone?  Thanks!
