Clearly Norton tries to rip off their loyal long term customers (in my case over 20 years).

My subscription was expiring in 4 days. When I hit renew I learned that the renewal was $86. Norton sells the product retail for $49 and I can buy it from Amazon for $35. Clearly Norton tries to rip off their loyal long term customers (in my case over 20 years). Because I had only four days I called customer service. The rep apologized and gave me 15 months for the $49 retail price. I will spend the next 15 months researching whose software I will use in the future. I also want to warn everyone I can about how Norton treats their loyal long term customers.

They stole money from me . They took my card info from my current acct and put it on a closed acct and took $117.69 and of course I contact and they tried to lie to me and said they used the card on file which was dead since November of 2018. This happened about a month ago. After threatening to go to the FBI, Federal Trade Commission, and BBB they refunded and since they done that I asked that my current acct be closed out and refunded as well. They refused to refund my money but closed my acct of which I was paid up to August of 2020. I currently have charges pending with FBI and I have a open complaint with FTC and I'm trying to find other customers who they did this to for a class action lawsuit .. Ain't nobody going to steal my money.
