Looking at the Community Buzz Page, it appears to not be updating in the last 3 days.

I just looked at both links. There is a discrepancy that I see.
As you note the profile information shows the last post 3 days ago. But the buzz link shows the post being made 7 hours ago. ????
I will ask the Safe Web Team to check out the 2 links and see what happened for the 3 day lag.
Please stay tuned to this thread for a response from the Safe Web Team on Monday night after midnight EDT.

In the above, taken from the 'Community Buzz' section, supposedly "7 hours ago" however, when you actually go to her profile directly you will see that much more time has elapsed:
This is not the first time Safe Web has frozen like this, what is going on?
And, here we are 7-9-18, and Safe Web "Community Buzz" Homepage is still frozen:
What is going on here? I also found a HIGHLY inappropriate review that was allowed to go right on through the system with no oversight which i subsequently reported. We will see how long that takes to be ameliorated. Not for nothing, but, who is in charge of Safe Web at this point? Perhaps it is time for a change of the guard....
