Could the Identity Safe password be skimmed?

This isn't really a problem, just a question to which I have not found an answer.

Basically, I am wondering if my password for Norton Identity Safe could be "skimmed" by another app, like, say, Chrome or Facebook?

I understand that Norton does not save the Identity Safe password anywhere, and that the passwords stored in the Vault are encrypted, but it seems to me that another app (even a keyboard app on a mobile device) could log the password and store it somewhere.  Is this somehow prevented?

Re: Could the Identity Safe password be skimmed?

A keystroke logger could possibly capture everything you are typing. As long as you have a good AV product, fully updated, that should catch any key loggers trying to install themselves on your system.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
