Create New Vault issue
We’ve received reports from a few customers about an issue with the Identity Safe Vault. When logged into their account, they are prompted to create a New Vault. After doing so, their previous vault information is removed.
Our engineers have identified the cause, and are testing a fix for this issue. We will provide more information about a fix when it becomes available. In the meantime, if you have experienced this issue - creating a new vault and having your previous vault entries deleted – please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
If you encounter the message to create a new vault, despite already having one and being logged into your account, we recommend that you logout then login again to your account. This should temporarily resolve the prompt. Thanks for your patience and understanding while we resolve this issue.
