Hello Joe. That feature in N360 is tied to having to sign up for LifeLock. You should be asked to sign into your Norton account as the link you provided shows. Once logged in you should see the screen below where you can add your information. Did your install also include LifeLock? Here is some basic information.

The instructions for posting a screenshot into your posts are here. Please ensure you edit out any personally identifiable information from the screenshot before adding it for security measures. On Windows 10 I use the "snip and sketch" tool, save to my desktop then upload the file from there. Hope that helps.

I would give support a chat session and see what they say. Clearing your browser cache won't fix the issue since all the other entities appear as they should. Have you tried using a different browser just to verify?

The web page you are trying to access may utilize programming api's not available in mobile browsers. Try setting up the monitoring from a PC,
i tried IE-edge and last chrome on my windows 10 pc.
Try disabling any ad blocker extensions you may have in your browsers. I have found that some functions on Norton.com pages do not function properly with my AdBlock Plus enabled.

I think the upgrade I did was missing parts but the start the new year next week may fix it.

still not working
got a email from lifelock. they want us back but only thing that works is buying it.
