My subscription has three devices, two of which I no longer have. I need to delete the two devices but cannot find anywhere to do so. When I go to " View Devices" I cannot see any of my devices
Hello Rebecca. Do you have "remote management" enabled on all your devices having Norton installed?

Just a follow up to SoulAsylum's information in the link at the end of his post.
The Norton Account web pages have been changed since that article was produced. To remove a device from your Norton Account Subscription, open your Norton Account at https://my.norton.com then click on the user icon at the top right. Then click on My Subscriptions. Then click on Manage Licenses beside your current subscription and click the trash can beside the devices you no longer have. That will free up the activations.
