"DEVICE INFORMATION UNAVAILABLE" on my.norton.com account. Is this a problem on Norton's servers or on my account ?
All is working well for me, including device activation or when checking remaining time on my license on Norton Security in Windows.
However, since a few hours there is an error showing up on my online Norton account (my.norton.com) with the following:
DEVICE INFORMATION UNAVAILABLE
We are unable to retrieve your device information at this time. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, please try again later.
My question is: is this an issue on Norton severs ? Do you guys have the message error ?
I'm guessing it's probably maintenance, but just wanted to check in case the problem was related to my account or something.
