Device not showing on installed device list

One of the devices that shows on the device itself as having Active subscription status does not appear on the Norton website as an active device. I am not over the limit of devices on my subscription. I updated the subscription by downloading Norton from the website again and inserting the proper product key.

What needs to be done to show it as a protected device on the Norton website? Is anything being compromised since it is not?

Hello Mike

Open up your Norton product. Go to Help> Subscription Status. It's all the way on the  bottom. Run the Subscription Status and that should show whether or not the product is installed.

Also check that you have Remote Management setting turned on.   Go to Settings - Administrative Settings and scroll down to the Remote Management setting.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
