Is there a number that can be called to report this issue to tech support in the untied states.
you may have to run Diagnostic Report > Go .... twice (second time) ....to invoke Report.

This has already been posted by me. Sometimes it works but most of the time not. As far as chat all they want to do is uninstall and reinstall. I need to talk with tech support in the United States. Any Info would help.
