Earlier this afternoon, I bought, and downloaded Online Backup, which is now attached to the freshly renewed 360 Premier. When I click on the icon, in the Manage My Account box, which I'm running as Administrator, I'm repeatedly told, "Access Denied", you're not Admin. Frustrated...... Just need a little direction.
While in the Manage My Account, a notification arrived telling I need to optimize my disc in the "Performance" section. Same story, Shut down Norton, opened as Admin, access still denied.
I'm running Windows 10, using the fastest SDS drive, as well as Intel that's off the chart fast. Trust me, I have no issues with the system.
Any help is appreciated.
