Edit Logins

I am using the "online" ID safe in N360. When I go to edit logins in the settings menu it shows nothing....blank. Did I give up the right to edit my logins by going online or is there another way?

Re: Edit Logins

Hi Mb40sr,

Have you stored/created any logins after creating Online vault?

Can you store/create any login and check the edit logins again?

If you have exported identity safe data in .DAT file previously, you can import the data using import option and check the edit logins again?.

Thanks,

Senthil

Re: Edit Logins

Yes I have created a couple of logins since going online.

no I can't edit anything.

Yes I imported and still nothing

This is a joke product. This was one of the biggest reasons I liked N360 was how it kept my passwords for me. But since I can't even get to them once they are in what good does it do me?

Re: Edit Logins

I just went back to a local vault and the same thing.....nothing shows up. I think I'll have to start using LastPass. Nortons program just hid them all from me so I'll have to start from scratch....thanks Norton.

Re: Edit Logins

I uninstalled N360 and then created a local vault importing from my saved backup and still nothing. How does everyone else change a password or change a login if we can't get to them?

Re: Edit Logins

I went back to a local vault. I had three backups of which only one would allow me to edit logins. So I then tried to go online again and again it will not allow me to make any changes. So I guess I'll have to stick to a local vault...which seems odd. I have a laptop that I travel with and was hoping to get the free version to work, it would have been nice to be able to make changes.

Re: Edit Logins

I guess I answered my own question here.

I went back to an online vault and imported from the good backup and now it works. I hope noone else has to put up with this, if so please read this first.
