I upgraded to windows 10 X64 (clean install) and I get the error massage. I tried the solution on Norton website
but it does not help.

I have a Norton security 18.104.22.168
I also want to note that the same thing happens at my laptop it also has windows 10 X64 and the same solution did not help....
Have you tried to restart your computers to see if it fixes the issues? Norton requires a complete Shutdown and Startup. To accomplish this, You have to use Restart and not Startup. Please see this link.
