Every update always the same problem

With every new version always have the same problem the windows defender is active and the new norton version not working this is not my first post here so i know every update of definition have to restart, so im not asking for solution here because is always the same anwsers hope in the next version update in one month dont have to write here again for the same problem. If you want to know mi version is NIS 22.17.0.183 Just one detail in this version aparently NIS install is working fine in admin. account but just open the local account and defender is activate and when returning to admin account defender is there aswell.

You say you restarted after the update. Did you run LiveUpdate again and restart again? The product announcements of updates now say

   This patch is ONLY available via LiveUpdate, and is being released in a phased manner. You may need to run LiveUpdate and reboot a few times before your product is completely updated to the latest version.

To be clear. When you say Defender is active, are you referring to the Defender Security Center? That is always going to be active. You can check if Norton is doing the protection of your device by going to Control Panel - System and Security - Security and Maintenance. You should see that Norton Security is protecting you under each section.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
