I needed to chat with Norton for a minute and the time estimate for someone to chat was well over an hour. This is bogus
Norton should help customers instead of having to resort to forums
I've spent over an hour trying to log into my ID vault, reset password, did everything. Reading forums, trying to get answers. Wait time: 46 minutes to get to chat! I had Norton products to be not only safer, but more productive. This is not Customer-Centric at all.
