Failed to Restore
I am a new subscriber to Norton Online Backup. The backup process worked fine. Then, I decided to download a backed up file. I chose File Actions; Download A File. I chose the file and got a message "Retrieving File, Please Wait". After about 5 minutes, I got the message "Failed to Restore". I repeated the process with the same results. Am I doing something wrong?
