IS fails for split page logins
IdSafe is no longer entering un+pw for me on Amazon and Paypal (if redirected from a vendor, which is what usually happens; I can login normally if I go directly to the Paypal site). Surely everyone is having the same problem as me? I have reported it many times with no response from Norton. I have had two Norton technicians run my PC through remote desktop and fiddled for 40 minutes got nowhere, then simply ended the session without telling me anything.
It's particularly annoying as Amazon and Paypal are the two logins that I use most often.
I have googled this problem extensively and I am in disbelief that others aren't having this issue. Maybe it is some deep issue in windows that just affects me. There is a 'solution' on the Norton site but it simply tells you how to enter a login manually; even through the article is titled 'split page' it does not work: here
I am running win7 with IE11. I am a UK user. IS has the same problem in Chrome.
I believe I have the latest version of IdSafe. I can find no version number for IdSafe per se, but my NIS version is 22.214.171.124
This is the only issue that I have had with NIS for a number of years (which is why I recommend it) - everything else in the suite is working fine.
Anyone able to help please?
IS THERE A SINGLE PERSON OUT THERE WHO SUCCESSFULLY LOGS INTO AMAZON SPLIT PAGE USING IS? It would help if I knew that it is possible at least!
