False positive, I hope

My product which has been checked by many other anti-virus programs occasionally shows an "infection" with SONAR.PUA!gen5 since the update on 8/8/2015. This is not good customer relations. I have been unable to figure out who to contact to figure out what's going on. Suggestions?
