False-Positive Request Denied - How do we handle it?
We are a vendor and submitted our program to Symantec to remove false-positive alert on our product.
Norton denied our request by saying that our file had met the necessary criteria to be detected and the alert cannot be revoked.
Our development team is happy to work with Symantec to adjust the code to the required standard. Please let me know how to proceed?
