False Postive website for blacklist

Our website was hacked a number of weeks ago and an unused database was accessed via an old website in the backend.  The problem has since been fixed and security significantly increased.  A number of our members and franchises (who use the site multiple times daily to access the coroporate login and member information) have been ringing multiple times daily saying Norton is claiming the site is dangerous.  How do we get our site removed from the blacklist so our members and franchises can access the site again?

It's becoming very urgent!

Also your submission page isn't working

https://submit.symantec.com/antifraud/false_positive.cgi

I keep getting a 'Sumbission Temporarily Unavailable'

Thanks, Amanda
