FF, Norton Home Page & Safe Search Buttons in Norton Toolbar

Hi.

Safe Search Button: <moz-extension://50fe08df-fcd0-472c-b1db-3c54beda7a99/content/ui/settings.html>

Home Page Button: <moz-extension://809c694f-79f0-4c16-9bf4-0404c004ccc0/content/ui/settings.html>

Both buttons renders a page looking like this:

"Settings

Share Data with Norton

Share usage and error data anonymously with Norton and help us make our products even better

Privacy Policy"

They used to render the Safe Search Page, as they do in e.g. Chrome.

How do I get the buttons to render the normal Norton Safe Search page?

Re: FF, Norton Home Page & Safe Search Buttons in Norton Toolbar

Hi 00360,

This is the new behavior of the Home Page and Safe Search extension to launch a Settings page when users click on their respective extension buttons.

If you had installed Home Page extension, then please launch a new Tab to see the Norton Home Page.

If you had installed Safe Search extension, then please try to search from the address bar of the browser.

OK, thanks for clearifying the altered behaviour of these buttons.
